Summer Body vs All Year Body 👙

Summer began June 21, 2017 and I did not reach my goal. 

How can I reach my goal if I'm not putting in the work lol. I workout at least 2-3 days a week. I struggle with consistency. I eat snacks too! The bad snacks that love my midsection. Sometimes I  just don't feel like working out. Can you relate? I'm a busy mom, but that's no excuse. I follow busier women and they make time to workout and meal prep. I'm satisfied with my year round body. I just want to take it to another level. I'm trying to be comfortable wearing swimwear because one day I want to enter a figure competition. Your "cheeks" are out in those suits. I can say every year, I get more comfortable with my body.

Natasha Hastings  uploaded her summer time abs video and her ab game was too strong! She's a professional, but so personable. I'm going to give her ab routine a try! So can you! Don't forget to subscribe to her channel. 

I didn't get my summer abs,  but I will take Fall or  Winter abs lol.  I'm going to keep you all updated.

GARNIER WHOLE BLENDS Shampoo and Conditioner

I am not a product junkie, so I actually run out of products lol.  On this impromptu wash day my local bss and Sally's Beauty were closed. I was not in the mood to drive to Walmart or Target, so I went to my local grocery store. 

The Garnier Whole Blends products stood out. It was definitely the packaging. However, when I see products that contain Argan oil I get excited. Argan oil works great with my hair texture.

 Both products smell amazing! 

Product Talk:

The shampoo is OK. It's not too drying and my hair and scalp felt clean. My kinks only needed a quarter size of this shampoo and my head was full of suds. ✍🏽

 The conditioner is amazing! It made my hair feel so soft and it was very easy to detangle. I often use the conditioner to co-wash. Great results every time! This product gives my kinks a nice shine. I always follow up with my African Pride leave-in and Castor oil.

Relationships L.O.V.E ...❤️

I actually had fun filming my Am I Single tag video on my YouTube channel. The questions were straight forward. I gave answers as much as I could lol. I consider myself semi-private when it comes to my personal life.

Are you single? Are you frustrated?  I will tell you this; don't be frustrated. Your waiting is part of the process. There are so many more things you can do in the meantime.  This message is mainly for women, but men can relate. 😉

Often, loneliness will allow you to seek a relationship to supply your sexual or financial needs; maybe both. Be very careful in making those decisions and proceed with caution. 

If you are in a relationship because you are  tired of being lonely remember you don't have to stay there. 

It is very common to feel obligated to someone because of time. Although, you've spent several months or years in a relationship it doesn't mean you have to marry that person. I get it, you put so much work into this person, but please ask yourself if you really want to spend FOREVER with the individual. Did you waste a few months or years trying to figure it out? Don't look at it as waste, it's better to say ... what an experience!   

Ok PAUSE... some are a complete waste lol 

Don't let loneliness block your blessing.  Also, be open to dating if you are single! ❤️ Don't curve them all! 😂.

ALL EYEZ ON ME : TUPAC SHAKUR MOVIE

I finally got a chance to watch All Eyez On Me after reading  reviews. I don't want this to be a spoiler, so I won't go into details. I didn't allow other reviews to sway me from watching the movie. I also didn't allow celebrity reviews to sway me as well. I like to form my own opinion. I've read that the movie was similar to a biopic from Lifetime. I have to disagree. The film was put together very well.

Throughout the movie, I was entertained and enlightened on Tupac Shakur. I am a big fan of his music. I laughed, felt sad and rejoiced during this movie. Tupac Shakur experienced so much in so little time. He died at the age of 25. I still remember the day he died. Everyone I knew was devastated.  I had a childhood crush on him lol. He was very articulate and that's what I was mostly attractive too.

He was son of  a queen called Afeni Shakur. I am so happy that parts of her life; the good and the bad was shown in the movie. She was a strong black woman.

I just want to say, go see the movie for yourself.  After posting this I'm  going to turn on my PANDORA app and listen to TUPAC.
