WORKING OUT?



I don't feel like working out!

It feels forced when I try!

Why? πŸ˜‚ 

I know the benefits of exercising. I also know it's all in my mind. I have been very busy working and trying to meet other goals that I have neglected the importance of incorporating exercising back into my lifestyle. 


Facts! 

OK, there are things that we can do to jump start a fit lifestyle.

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING LATELY; (BABY STEPS LOL)

I have been working out when I feel like it.  Sometimes it's once or twice a week. However, I do have children and they keep me pretty active. I have incorporated more vegetables into my meals and  just by doing that I have seen great results and I have way more energy!


I will end this blog with a flashback of my fit lifestyle as a reminder to get back to what's important!
