I wanted to share my "new" fave lip gloss NYX: Plush Red Mega Shine. My local beauty supply had a 2 for $5.00 sale.  I love a red lip in the winter , yet still you will see me rock my all-time fave "NYX: Dolly Pink.

Hi Everyone!!!

Hi everyone!  I apologize that I  have been MIA! However, I am on Face book and Twitter quite often.  Normally I  don't go this long without making a video. However,  I checked  the date of my last video and it was 4/13/2012! Almost an entire month :)

So, I figured since I have been gone for awhile that I am going to relax until 5/13/12 and enjoy watching other You tubers.  During my break  I decided to rock a  protective style because I really want to color and cut my hair and in order to make sure that I'm making a sound decision I put my hair in braids.

Eating Better Can Be Easy! I agree!

I grew up eating hot dogs!! Yum Yum!! After 20 years I really didn't know that "SUGAR" was a big ingredient "silly of me" I never read labels, but I do now! I found Jennie-O's hot dogs at TARGET and they contain NO sugar! Yum Yum! So all this time I've been eating "Sugar Dogs" ??? ehh I guess so and so have you!

Who knew that Sara Lee's Whole Wheat hot dog buns are just as tasty! Gosh eating Better can truly be easy!

It's been over 3 months since I've eaten a hot dog. I was quite hungry so I splurged and ate two!

A: BOCA meatless products are a line of soy-based foods

(Some of BOCA products contain dairy i.e the product that I reviewed does contain dairy)
Which leads to the next Frequent Question

Q: Which BOCA foods are vegan, or free of animal-derived ingredients?

A: The products from their traditional line are vegan (meaning they have no animal by-products): Vegan Burger, Chik'n Nuggets, Chik'n Patties, Spicy Chik'n Patties, and Ground Crumbles. You can generally tell something is vegan by checking the ingredients to make sure that egg, milk and dairy ingredients aren't listed (something we recommend doing every time you shop). So I definitely want to try those!


Let me start off saying that I really enjoy eating Burgers. However, I want to try more meatless meals :) I eat Tofu, but not as much as I would like too! I need to try more TOFU recipes.

Today I tried a BOCA Burger on the skillet for the first time and it tastes very good, it almost tasted like a real burger. I thought it was going to be awful I seriously did! Yet, I found the taste to be ... So Yummy! I was surprised! I ended up eating (2) of them. They come with 4 in the box. So yes I'll add Boca Burgers to my staple grocery list. A great substitute for a hamburger and they are extra Delicious with your favorite condiments i.e ketchup, mustard, etc.

On my next shopping trip I am anxious to try BOCA Meatless Crumbles. So stay tuned for my review on BOCA meatless crumbles. I'm anxious to try it with some heart healthy spaghetti sauce and some whole grain spaghetti. I've read that it is absolutely delish!

As for now I am moving toward the Flexitarian diet , one who eats both meat and meatless products. To Learn more about "Flexitarian "copy and paste " this link:

In other words, as a flexitarian, one is still taking a huge positive step forward for health, the environment and the animals.
