I'm on DAY 19 again because I was sick for an entire week :(

I'll get into my meal plan soon. I'm telling you it's nothing serious. I had to let go of my "Cookie Addiction" like I said in the previous post :(

Skinny VS Fit : INSANITY Total -Body Program

KCC, you are already "skinny" why are you working out ? Well ... let's just say I have fat hanging around my mid-section and it's not even funny! I don't like it so you darn right it must GO!!!! ( I have pics) I just "Really" don't want to post or do a video just yet! I will tell you this, stick around for 43 more days and you will see :)

Yeah, I wear a size 5 and the last time I weighed myself which was months ago I think I was 132-135lbs I don't remember. My goal is not weight loss :) Don't get it twisted I know I look great, but I can't continue to use the "I have 2 kids slogan about my belly "Fat" because my daughter is 1 years old now :) This is no longer baby"FAT" in the middle. It's those Oreos and fatty foods that I oh so LOVE!!!

My clothes do a great job at hiding it, but I know, and my hubby knows lol .

Now I'm really glad I don't have a "HUSBAND" putting me down, he is so "Freaking" encouraging " when it comes to getting RID of this Mid-section. He's actually competitive!!

I'm already a HOT MOM! Yep, I toot my own horn!!!!! but I want to be FIT vs Skinny and if a 4 pack - 6 pack comes with it I'm hella down for it!!

Royal Crown :NATURAL HAIR ~

Hi you guys! I have neglected my blog :( Shame on me!

Ok so I got compliments on my last twist out and I must reveal that I used "Royal Crown" on damp hair.

Yes, "Grease". This is not a "FIRST TIME " thing.

However, this is the first time I have used "Royal Crown". My results were amazing! I saw Youtuber.com/AfricanExport video and tweets and I said I should let my subbies know that I have tried "Grease" quite a few times.

I've never posted a video or any photos until my last one (OOTD Combat Boots) featuring my "Grease" results.

My thoughts on "Grease" hmmmm... I didn't have to apply any other product. Just "Grease" and "Water".

My hair journey" is SHOW and TELL :) I'm the "Natural" who has colored her hair (3) times out of 2years and still retained length :) but seriously "We" must do what works for our "own" hair.

I have nothing "NEGATIVE" to say about this product, but I do prefer "BLUE MAGIC" :)

Royal Crown is very lightweight and controlled my frizzes :) . It also provided a light sheen without being "greasy" like fried chicken!!! ok now I'm hungry!!!

One thing about using "Grease" the results are "Predictable" each time!! "SHEEN" and "NO FRIZZ" :)

This Pretty much sums Me UP! : OOTD & Lookbooks are super cool! We all have different Flavors !

I own a few skirts, mini skirts & dresses,but what most don't know about me is that I"m not your average girly girl!

I love make-up , yes ADORE it! However, my style is pretty much relaxed! Did I just say "RELAXED" ? haa but I wasn't talking about my hair lol!

I am actually thinking about having more fun with OOTD's and OOTN's and doing them weekly! Who knows!!! My Goal for doing them would be letting the Mom's out there know that they still GOT it!!

Twa: Dryness after the Big Chop

A few women that I know recently did the BIG CHOP!! Congrats!! My videos of my TWA are deleted :( they are on my old laptop which is still broken. However, I feel that Bambiix2 does a WONDERFUL job helping sisters out with "Life/Hair after the BIG CHOP" !!!
