Healthier Food Choices : Insanity Inspired Trust me I feel much healthier ~
I will be making a future video about the foods that I eat. However,I wanted to go ahead and Blog about them :)
So my body is getting toned! I have a week left with Insanity!! I have a small frame, but my mommy tummy needed work. I realized that no matter how delicious Oreos , Snicker bars, cookies etc are it's a FACT that they are not great options. You are what you "EAT". Fueling your body constantly with "sugar" is just simply a no-no. You can still enjoy great meals by eating Healthier.
Snacks:
Graham Crackers
Pears
Carrots/Cheese Crackers
Grapes
Apples & Peanut Butter
Bananas
Strawberry&Blueberry Smoothie
Meals :
Chicken Salad
Baked Chicken
Tuna Salad
BLT (Bacon Lettuce &Tomato)
Grilled Chicken
Baked Talapia (sometimes)
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Healthy choice of Cereal ( I try I try) LOL
Egg Whites and sometimes Whole eggs/Turkey Thigh Bacon
This is pretty much my weekly Food log
With additon to veggies! I'll post on the next Food Blog!

How much weigh/inches have you lost? Do you feel hungrier since you started insanity??
ReplyDeleteYes, I totally feel hungrier since I started :) I try to eat 5 times a day 3 meals 2 snacks. Oh and weightloss is not what I am aiming for, but I started off 135lbs and last time I checked I weighed 132.0 but Trust I don't watch the scale. The scale can be tricky! :) my clothes fit better from TOP to BOTTOM LOL! My waist was 32 inches at start of the program, I'm down to 30 Inches!
Deletethe scale can kill all motivation, i will invest in a tape measurer. I was doing insanity for a good month and i hurt my back from the jumping that is involved. I am trying to get back with it cause i did like the results i had gotten, do you count your calories, or you just maintain dicipline?
DeleteIt sure can!! Oh if I can't do the moves I don't do them :) I let the professional go all out LOL!! I intake 1500 calories I have to count them sometimes when I get out of hand with the sweets!!! I have dicipline too tho!
DeleteI am definite getting on to a healthy start..I just bought oranges, banana, and apples...and I love peanut butter...and i am baking more..thanks Kcc
ReplyDeleteOff to a great start!! Healthier doesn't have to break the bank either:)
