Summer Body vs All Year Body πŸ‘™

Summer began June 21, 2017 and I did not reach my goal. 

How can I reach my goal if I'm not putting in the work lol. I workout at least 2-3 days a week. I struggle with consistency. I eat snacks too! The bad snacks that love my midsection. Sometimes I  just don't feel like working out. Can you relate? I'm a busy mom, but that's no excuse. I follow busier women and they make time to workout and meal prep. I'm satisfied with my year round body. I just want to take it to another level. I'm trying to be comfortable wearing swimwear because one day I want to enter a figure competition. Your "cheeks" are out in those suits. I can say every year, I get more comfortable with my body.

Natasha Hastings  uploaded her summer time abs video and her ab game was too strong! She's a professional, but so personable. I'm going to give her ab routine a try! So can you! Don't forget to subscribe to her channel. 


I didn't get my summer abs,  but I will take Fall or  Winter abs lol.  I'm going to keep you all updated.
