When one does not dwell on negative consequences one can be more 'self-confident' because one is worrying far less about failure or (more accurately) the disapproval of others following potential failure.

Now here's a few ways to instantly build self-confidence.  It's not a overnight process, but here's a  few tips to get you started!

I  want to see everyone reach their potential.

Number 1 : Dress

Come on ...you have to admit ...When you don’t look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Use this to your advantage by taking care of your personal appearance.

Number 2 : Gratitude
Gratitude ? yea I said Gratitude lol why? Set aside time each day(besides Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Snapchat ) lol oops that would be referring to ME! :) to mentally list everything you are grateful for. Recall your past successes, unique skills, loving relationships, and positive momentum. You’ll be amazed how much you have accomplished. Now you can work harder to reach the next step towards success.

Number 3 : Compliment other people
Sometimes, this is like pulling teeth lol. What happened to a good old fashion compliment. When we think negatively about ourselves, we often project that feeling on to others in the form of insults and gossip. I must admit I have contributed my share. I'm not proud of that ... hey... I'm working on it! lol

You want more ?  Ok 1 more!

Number 4 :Focus on Contribution

When I say that my "Natural Hair Journey " is more than just hair .... I truly mean it. I get tons of emails, comments from others saying that I inspire them as a Naturalista, mother and friend. We get caught up in our own desires. We focus too much on ourselves and not enough on the needs of other people. Concentrate on the contribution you’re making to the rest of the world, you won’t worry as much about you own flaws. This will increase self confidence and allow you to contribute with maximum efficiency. The more you contribute to the world the more you’ll be rewarded with personal success and recognition.

Let's get to Building Self-Confidence!
